I just confirmed the vintage participation at the Pateros Regatta.
Pateros is a little town in eastern Washington, just north of the resort
town of Chelan. The race is held on the Columbia river and is the towns
biggest event of the year. It is a sanctioned event, so all the APBA safety
rules will apply. There will be river time on both Sat and Sun as it is
a 2 day race. There is a $35 dollar entry fee for both days, but I have
secured a private sponsor for all the vintage boats, so the event will
be FREE. The accomodations are limited in Pateros, so some might like to
try the nearby town of Lake Chelan.
