| 1961 was the last year for the 135 cu in
hydro class. In 1962 it became the 150 cu in class. November 1961
was technically in the 1962 APBA year. The Ford Falcon displaced 144 cu
in.
So, was the record set by Trample 33-A on Nov 24, 1961 a 135 cu in class record or a 150 cu in class record? The March 1962 Propeller states 135 cu in but all other evidence suggests it was a 150 cu in record. Maybe someone can clarify this. |
