In all my days of attending the Detroit Gold Cup since the mid seventies,
I never would have guessed I would have launched a hydroplane out of
the Horace E. Dodge Pits.
Great Unlimited action in the pits!
The Unlimited Lights put on a fantastic show!
Over 30 beautiful classic boats were on display and had 'water time'
on the course in a Floating Vintage Parade.
Ken Warby's last appearance before making the trek to Australia to
break his own water speed record.
