Motor Description 8 cylinder - Modified - 1955 Chevrolet 265 CID - 375 HP.  Block is bored .060" oversized. 12.5:1 compression ratio.  Roller Cam. Roller tip rockers. Forged steel crank. Cylinder Heads are 1958 Corvette 2x4, ported & polished with stainless steel valves. Dry sump system. Three 2 barrel Stromberg carbs on gasoline. Built by Fetters Racing Engines of West Milton, Ohio. Hydro originally ran a 1946? Mercury Flathead  built by Clay Smith
