The photo of the fellow at the transom was the original racer Fred
Brosse.
I believe the boat ran through his machine shop.
He drove to my house last summer but could only spend a few minutes
so I have many unanswered questions.
I sent a photo of the original numbers of the port sponson deck.
The CE-1 was only allowed if you were champion that year.
I believe that it raced in California at the north american championship
also and won.
This info came only verbally from an old racer at Clayton.
I have owned over 50 boats.
This one was in my storage for many years.
