The
boat was used for "D" and "C" stock outboards. It was raced in
the St. Clair boatracing
club in the towns of St. Clair MI, Wallaceburg
Ont., Port Huron
MI, Chattam, Ont., and that general surrounding area.
The boat was built
by my father, typical "cab over of the era but it is unique by
having a round pickel
fork. The number was "10", it was one of
the fastest boats
in the area for the "outlaws" like my father used to
call them, no accociation
with APBA, just local guys having honest fun.
I do believe that
the boat is in the Algonac or Mt. Clements area of Michigan.
Relative sold it
while I was in the Military. Now I just would like to get it
back for restore,
if possible. Thanks again for your help!!!
