I was a freelance photo journalist back in the late 1960's, early 1970's covering most hydroplane races in the province of Quebec, Canada. 
I have quite a collection of photos, kept many programs, newspaper clippings, etc. which help to identify most of the pictures. 
Many fond memories and friendships were developed with American teams visiting our country. 
My photo signature was Photo Pepinot  (pronounced "Pepino" in English).
